Troubleshooting & Returns
Once you purchase a horse or foal from my site, you will be emailed the file of said horse. Once you receive the email and copy, I will delete mine, leaving you with the only copy of the horse. Please keep this is mind, as I will not be able to get you a new copy should you lose the original.

However, I will wait to delete my copy until I receive conformation that you have safely gotten your horse from my stables. After that happens, I'm no longer responsible for the .sim file.
If you happen to be seemingly unable to receive a horse from me, I will try several different upload sites and ways of getting the horse to you before compensating with something of equal value to both of us. On rare occasions, I might employ a trusted third party to act as a gateway between you and I, to send the foal over safely.

If you are not satisfied with your horse, we have a 100% acceptance rate of returned purchases. Please, come to me before just deleting the horse you bought from my stable, or at least shoot me an email of where the horse was sold to if you sell it to a third party before telling me of your dissatisfaction.
